Service Fees
Grant program design, grant proposal construction, and general consulting services are typically contracted on a project basis. Services will involve project management techniques, including a project timeline with project deadlines. Contracts will often include a total cost not-to-exceed clause, and all service types will be billed at $60/hour. Auxiliary fees such as travel, postage, and printing will be additional. Usual foundation, state, and federal grant proposal projects comprise a total of less than 50 hours, 100 hours, and 150 hours, respectively, and will be capped accordingly.
Service Retainer
As described within a retainer agreement, at the beginning of each identified month, an amount will be billed for a specific number of hours of service planned for that month according to the project timeline.
